Booking/Cancellation Policy

Setting up this policy isn't just for me, but for you too! I want to give everyone the same opportunities to be able to book with me. I also want you to be able to avoid having to pay any unnecessary fees!

 

Colors & Treatments

- I require a 48hr notice of cancellation

- First cancellation without proper notice: 25% Service Fee

- Second cancellation without proper notice: 50% Service Fee

- Third cancellation without proper notice: Prepay for full service before booking appointment

Haircuts

- I require a 24hr notice of cancellation

- First & Second cancellation without proper notice: 50% Service Fee

- Third & all cancellations without proper notice: Prepay for service before booking appointment

Product Returns & Exchanges

You can return/exchange the product within 30 days from the day of receipt if the following criteria are met:

Note: If hair product has been opened or used, it will be sent back to the customer.

  • Exchanges must be the same or lesser price. Store Credit will be issued for lower priced exchanges.

  • Tyshell Barnes cannot issue store credit until the next business day after an order is placed.

  • All items on sale are final and are not eligible for store credit or exchanges.
