I'm Tyshell Dotson, your new Glow Specialist!
Welcome to my beauty space. My cosmetology journey started while I was in high school, and every day since, I fall more in love with what I do. For me, beauty is about making a difference and helping people feel incredible in their own skin.
To give you the best experience, I constantly take advanced classes to perfect my craft. I am a true creative at heart—when I am not behind the chair, you will find me painting, drawing, or capturing moments through photography.
I also love to express my creativity through my own style! I like to keep my clients on their toes, so don't be surprised if you see me with curly hair one week, long extensions the next, or rocking a bold new makeup look.
I cannot wait to meet you and collaborate on your beauty goals!
Studio Policies
Your and your appointments are incredibly important to me! I understand that life happens and schedules change. I value your time and kindly ask that you value mine, too.
Late Arrival
Life happens, and traffic is real! I happily offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you're arriving later than 15 minutes, please send me a quick text—we may just need to adjust your service or reschedule so every client's time is respected.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours (48 hours for color & spa appointments) notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows me time to fill the opening. Cancellations made with less notice will be subject to a 30% service fee.
No-Show
I completely understand that emergencies happen, but missing an appointment without notice deeply impacts my small business. If you miss your visit without reaching out, a 100% service fee will be applied to the card on file. If something comes up, please just send me a quick message—I am always here to help!
Service Satisfaction
Your happiness is my absolute priority! While I do not offer cash refunds, I want you to completely love the results of you service. If your results need a slight tweak, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. I will gladly bring you back into the salon for a complimentary adjustment.
